GASCAT and its representative the company FMG from Netherlands will supply to SENAI (National Service of Industrial Learning) of Rio Grande do Sul, a Gas Flow Meter Calibration Bench for rotary and turbine meters with methodology of calibration by Master Meter Comparison. The calibration range is from 2 m³/h up to 650 m³/h with maximum uncertainty expanded of 0.5%, and the error maximum less than 0.5%. The Bench allows to calibrate meters with diameters of 2'', 3'' and 4''. The comparative tests can be done with metrological tests through high and low pulses or by optical sensor. All master meters, as well as all other sensors have calibration certificate traceable by INMETRO. The Bench will be supplied "plug & play" with all accessories to fixture the meters, hardware and software. GASCAT will provide programming, maintenance and operation training as well GASCAT Technicians will witness the first calibrations with the client.
