Gascat delivered on the last 01/25 the new model of buried PRS "Hathor". The pressure Reduction Station Hathor was a pioneer project for the Brazilian market, where the filtration / Pressure Reducing and automatic Slam Shut are an integral part of a single, compact cartridge, making it about the way maintenance and reducing the space required to installation for gas companies.

The first unit of this product was delivered 10 years ago for a gas company in southern Brazil.  Another important feature of this product is the fact that it does not characterize confined space, different from "conventional" buried PRS which there is a need for an internal operator intervention. This feature allows gas companies to reduce your operating cost for this product.

Now Gascat has IMPROVED the Hathor, using the new throttle body completely in WA Argos aluminum/hard anodizing treatment and enhancements which permit increased rangeability and better "Accuracy". The cartridge frame aluminum also allowed lower weight for the entire set, facilitating the operation "replacing" of the cartridges by operators.

Maximum pressure of 21 kgf/cm ² in version 150# and 50 kgf/cm ² in version 300#.

Output pressure can range from can range from 0.7 to 36 kgf/cm ² and the maximum flow per cartridge can reach up to 1400 m³/h.
